Introduction

Over the past three years, I’ve gone from being on prednisone for almost 20 years to control the inflammation in my body to changing my diet and feeling better than I have in years.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and keeping inflammation out of my body is the most important thing I do everyday. I have to be very consistent with what I put on my fork and into my body.

Food is Medicine. It works faster, better and is cheaper than most drugs. I am a health coach and work with women 45 and above who have RA. Just last week I got a great email from one my clients.

It read, “Hi Lisa, my labs r great. CRP down was 7.9, now undetectable. Sed rate down was 16 now 2….that’s from January!!” Changing her diet the end of January and continuing the change through mid April, this gal rocked it. The labs that show inflammation in your body had decreased due to a change she had made, and that change was her diet.

This happens for many of my clients and I want to show you how you can get the same kind of results.

Everyone’s body is different so I can’t guarantee you will have the same results as she did, but I see this type of a change all the time in my coaching practice.

We use to just think of food as calories to sustain us, but in the recent years scientists have found that food contains information that speaks to our genes. There is a new field in science called nutrigenomics.

Nutrigenomics has found that food “talks” to our DNA, it switches on or off genes that lead to disease or health. What you eat actually programs your body with messages of disease or health.

Our western diet fills our body but does not nourish our bodies, as evidenced by the growing number of diseases in our western countries.

I know many health coaches and functional nutritionists use a lot of supplements to get rid of inflammation. Personally, I don’t use supplements too often. I do have knowledge of which ones work for RA I prefer to work hard to get my antioxidants, anti inflammatories and nutrients from food.

In this mini course, which you should be able to finish in less than an hour, I’m going to show you how to reduce the inflammation in your body.

I’m going to ask you to cut three things out of your diet and add two things to your diet. This isn’t hard. You just have to be willing to be consistent and follow the program.

Let’s get started!! I can’t wait for you to have the information that, hopefully will make you feel as good as I do!
